5.1 Shipowners and Operators

In the course of sourcing vessels for your cargo, we will share relevant cargo details (commodity, quantity, ports, laycan) with shipowners or their brokers. We share only what is operationally necessary, and we do not share your identity without your consent in the early stages of market enquiry.

These providers are given access only to the data they need to perform their specific function, and they are required to protect it.

5.3 Legal or Regulatory Requirements

We may disclose personal data if required to do so by law, court order, or regulatory authority in the UAE or another jurisdiction with applicable authority.

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or alteration. These include:

  • Encrypted email communications (TLS)
  • Secure, access-controlled business systems
  • Limiting access to personal data to personnel who need it
  • Regular review of our data handling practices

No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we take every reasonable precaution, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
